רחוב המייסדים
בתי האבן הראשונים תוכננו ע"י המהנדס שליין מת"א, נבנו בשנים 1932-33 וניצוקו בתבנית בתי המושבים והמושבות של התקופה, סטנדרטיים וצנועים: שני חדרים, מרפסת, מטבחון ומקלחת, ושירותים בחצר. הבניתם נבנו ללא כל תכנית מתאר, אך לפי עצות מומחים.

מכיוון שהסכום שהקציבה "קרן פישר" (כהלוואה) לבניית בתי המתיישבים הספיק רק לעשרה בתים, העמידו מנהליה תנאי שעשרת הראשונים יהיו זוגות נשואים ו/או בעלי משפחה.

ראשי המשפחות שבנו את ביתם לפי הסדר (ממערב למזרח) בצד הצפוני של הרחוב: יצחק פינצ’וק, אברהם זיו, משה פישמן, אברהם טולצ’ינסקי, משפ’ זמיר (בנתה את ביתה מאוחר יותר). חיים ברגר, דב ליכטיגשטיין, דוד ליכטיגשטיין, אליעזר ליסק, מנחם סטמפל, יוסף ירקוני. בין בית סטמפל ובית ירקוני עובר היום רחוב העליה.

Ha-Meyasdim (Founders) Street
The first stone houses were designed by engineer Shlayane from Tel Aviv, built in 1932-33 and molded in the pattern of the houses and colonies of the period, standard and modest: two rooms, a balcony, a kitchenette and a shower, and a toilet in the yard. Their construction was built without any blueprint, but according to expert advice.

Because the amount allocated by the Fisher Fund (as a loan) to build the settlers’ homes was only ten, the managers made the condition that the first ten be married couples and / or family members.

The heads of families who built their house in order (from west to east) on the north side of the street: Yitzhak Pinchuk, Abraham Ziv, Moshe Fishman, Abraham Tulchinsky, Zamir Family (later built her home). Haim Berger, Dov Lichtigstein, David Lichtigstein, Eliezer Lisk, Menachem Stamp, Yosef Yarkoni. Between Stampel House and Yarkoni House, Aliyah Street passes.
