This is a Soviet MT55 bridge layer tank based on the hull of a T-55 tank. The bridge folds like a pair of scissors and is mounted atop the tank. It is activated by a hydraulic system. During the Yom Kippur War, several of these tanks were captured by the IDF. They entered operational service within the 440th Division units, which consisted mainly of captured tanks.
