This recovery tank, manufactured in Great Britain, is one of only twelve ever produced. The tank is designed for amphibious missions and crossing water obstacles. It is based on a Centurion tank hull, from which the turret had been removed and replaced with a high superstructure. This vehicle was designed for pushing rafts into deep water and pulling them back to shore.
