בית קודרנסקי את פודלישוק, נבנה בשנים 1920-1922, ותוכנן על ידי האדריכלים הירושלמים וילהלם הקר ואליעזר ילין כבית מגורים. המבנה הוכרז לשימור מתוקף תוכנית השימור וממוקם באזור ההכרזה כאתר מורשת תרבות עולמית על ידי אונסק"ו. בית קודרנסקי את פודלישוק הינו חלק מצמד מבנים תאומים (6-8) מרשימים ובעלי ונכחות בשטח הגרעין ההיסטורי של העיר. המבנים תוכננו בסגנון האקלקטי שהיה נפוץ בתל אביב של שנות העשרים. העיצוב האדריכלי התבסס על עקרונות של סימטריה ובנייה בטכנולוגיה ייחודית של בטון ואבן. חזית המבנה מהודרת ומקיפה חצר קדמית, מייצרת רצף ויזואלי עם המבנה התאום.
תכנון אדריכלות ושימור המבנה בוצע על ידי משרד נאור מימר אדריכלות ושימור. תכנון עיצוב הפנים על ידי אורלי שרם אדריכלים.

The Kudarnski-Podlicek houses, designed by Jerusalem architects Wilhelm Hecker and Eliezer Yellin, was built as a shared residence in 1920-1922. The building was declared a preservation site by the Conservation Plan and is included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The Kudarnski-Podlicek project was part of an impressive pair of twin buildings (6-8) with a presence in the historic district of the city. The buildings were designed in the Eclectic Style common in Tel Aviv in the 1920s. The architectural design was based on principles of symmetry and construction, using the unique combination of concrete and stone. The front of the building is elegant and surrounds the front courtyard, producing a visual sequence with its twin structure.

بني بيت كودرنسكي وبودليشوك خلال السنوات ١٩٢٠ - ١٩٢٢ ، وخططه المهندسان المعماريان المقدسيان فيلهلم هاكر واليعيزر يلين كبيت سكني . أعلن عن المبنى للصيانة بحكم برنامج الحفاظ على المباني ويقع في منطقة الإعلان كموقع تراث ثقافي عالمي من قبل اليونسكو . بيت كودرنسكي وودليشوك هو قسم من زوج مبنيين توأمين (٨-٦ ) مثيرين لديهما حضور واضح في منطقة النواة التاريخية للمدينة . خطط المبنيان على الطراز الأكلكتي الذي كان شائعاً في تل أبيب في سنوات العشرينيات . اعتمد التصميم المعماري على اسس التماثل والبناء بتكنولوجيا مميزة من الباطون والحجر . واجهة المبنى راقية وتُحيط ساحة أمامية ، تشكل تسلسلاً بصرياً مع المبنى التوام .
