A sign in the series of signs in Madrid, made of clay and depicting in an illustration one of the elements of the street

The square is named after the Battle of Ramales, a battle from the First Carlist War, the Spanish Civil War (1833-1840).
The Spanish painter Diego Velázquez was buried in the church of San Juan Bautista which was there but was destroyed Click for sign's details. His image appears on the plaque.
