"בית האכרים" שתוכנן על ידי האדריכל שמואל רוזוב נבנה בשנת 1952 ושימש למשרדים עבור התאחדות האכרים של ארץ ישראל.
הבנין הינו קוביה, חזיתות הבנין תוכננו בהתחשב באקלים כמתבקש מרוח התקופה, בכיוון מזרח ומערב תוכננו אלמנטים בצורת משולש שבולטים כלפי חוץ שבתוכם שולבו החלונות מופנים לכיוון צפון.
חיפוי המבנה עשוי מאלמנטים טרומיים שנבנו על פי הזמנה, בארבע חזיתותיו, 4017 לוחות מ-9 גדלים שונים.
עבודות השימור ותוספת הבניה בוצעו בין השנים 2013-2016 בתכנון בר אוריין אדריכלים. יזם הפרויקט: גזית גלוב ישראל.

Beit Ha’karim was designed by architect Shmuel Rosov, it was built in 1952, and used for offices for the Farmers’ Federation of Israel.
The building is a cube, and its facades were designed with consideration of the climate, as required in the spirit of the time. The east and west facades were designed with outwardly protruding triangular shapes into which northward facing windows are integrated.
The building is clad on all four sides with prefabricated elements that were built to order. This includes 4017 panels of 9 different sizes.
The architectural preservation work and building addition were performed in 2013-2016.

" بيت هنيكاريم" الذي خططه المهندس المعماري شمونيل روزوف ، بني عام ١٩٥٢ واستخدم كمكاتب الاتحاد المزارعين في إسرائيل . المبنى مكعب ، خططت واجهاته مع أخذ المناخ بعين الاعتبار وفقاً لما تتطلبه روح تلك الفترة . صممت باتجاه الشرق والغرب عناصر تبرز نحو الخارج على شكل مثلث ، دمجت بداخلها النوافذ المتجهة نحو الشمال . تغطية المبنى مكونة من عناصر مصنوعة مسبقاً بنيت حسب طلبية في أربع واجهاته ، ٤٠١٧ لوحاً بتسعة أحجام مختلفة . نفذت أشغال الصيانة وإضافة البناء بين الأعوام ٢٠١٣-٢٠١٦ بتخطيط بار أوريان اللهندسة المعمارية . المبادر للمشروع : غازيت غلوب إسرائيل .
