דיזנגוף 107 | ديزنجوف ١٠٧ | Dizengoff 107

בית יהודה חצרוני. מבנה בסגנון הבינלאומי, אשר תוכנן בשנת 1935 על ידי האדריכל יהודה סטמפלר למגורים ומסחר.
המבנה הוכרז לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור ונמצא באזור ההכרזה של העיר הלבנה, שהוכרזה ב-2003 על ידי אונסקו כאתר מורשת עולמי. המבנה המקורי בן שתי קומות מגורים מעל קומה מסחרית, מתאפיין בחזית א-סימטרית עם הדגשות אופקיות, על ידי גגונים ומרפסות ארוכות. חדר המדרגות מפריד בין האגף הקדמי לאגף האחורי באמצעות חלון טרמומטר אנכי, הפונה לחזית הצד הדרומית. במסגרת עבודות השימור בוצע שחזור של חומרי פורטי הגמר המקוריים ונוספו שתי קומות וקומה חלקית בנסיגה עם פרגולה ברוח התקופה.

Yehuda Hetzroni House is an International Style building.designed by architect Yehuda Stempler for residential and commercial purposes.
The building was listed for preservation in the conservation plan, and is located in the White City area declared by UNESCO in 2003 as a World Heritage Site. The building originally consisted of two residential floors above a commercial space. Its exterior is characterised by an asymmetric façade with horizontal accents expressed by awnings and long balconies. The stairwell divides the front and rear wings with a vertical thermometer window that faces south. As part of the conservation work, the materials and original finishing details were reconstructed, two floors were added, as well as a partial floor with pergola in the spirit of the era.

بيت يهودا حصروني . مبني على الطراز الدولي ، خططه المهندس المعماري يهودا ستمبلر عام ١٩٣٥ للسكن والتجارة أعلن عن المبنى للصيانة والحفاظ عليه بحكم برنامج صيانة المباني ويتواجد في منطقة الإعلان عن المدينة البيضاء التي أعلن عنها اليونسكو كموقع تراث عالمي . المبنى الأصلي مكون من طابقين سكنيين فوق الطابق التجاري ، ويتميز بواجهة غير متماثلة مع تركيز أفقي بواسطة أسقف وشرفات طويلة . غرفة الدرج تفصل بين القسم الأمامي والقسم الخلفي بواسطة نافذة أفقية لقياس الحرارة تتجه طابقان النحو واجهة الجهة الجنوبية . استحدثت مواد وتفاصيل البناء الأصلي وذلك في إطار اعمال الصيانة والترميم ، كما أضيف وطابق جزئي ينحسر نحو الخلف مع سقيفة مميزة لتلك الفترة الزمنية الهندسة
