Born in Berlin, Germany (1877-1930), immigrated to Israel in 1925. Back in 1910, he was commissioned to design the Technion building, which he did from his office in Berlin. In addition to the Technion, he is known as the city planner of Bat-Yam and as the one who founded the Faculty of Architecture at the Technion. In addition, he designed many buildings throughout Israel.
