Born in Minsk, Belarus (1906-1984), immigrated to Israel in 1925 Upon his immigration to Israel, he lived on Kibbutz Yagur, studied civil engineering at the Technion in Haifa. After his studies, he participated in the design of buildings in many kibbutzim and managed the construction office of the HaKibbutz HaMeuhad. He was among the planners of the "Tower and Stockade" settlements. He was among the planners of the Ayalon Institute and its Slick. He also specialized in the construction of Silos and other large structures (bridges, etc.) He was a professor at the Technion in Haifa.
