שכונת הפקידים של בנק אפ"ק (אנגלו פלשתינה קומפני) - השכונה הוקמה בשנת 1921 על ידי פקידי בנק אפ"ק, לימים בנק לאומי. היא תוכננה בידי האדריכל יוסף טישלר על פי עקרונות "ערי הגנים" החדשניים לאותם ימים. היא נחשבה לשכונת הצמרת הראשונה של תל אביב ונבנתה בסטנדרטים גבוהים למונחי התקופה. הדירות המרווחות נבנו עם חדרי שירותים מודרניים ומערכות לחימום מים. עשרת בתי השכונה נבנו בתוך מתחם מגונן עם פתוח סביבתי מפואר סביב כיכר מרכזית. גגות הבתים עוטרו בשיניות אשר העניקו למתחם סגנון בינוי מיוחד.

حي الموظفين التابع لبنك ايبك ( شركة انجلو فلسطينا ) - أقيم الحي في عام ١٩٢١من قبل موظفي البنك - شركة أنجلو فلسطينا ، بنك ليئومي اليوم . لقد تم تخطيط الحي من قبل المهندس المعماري يوسف طيشلر وفقا لمبادئ " مدينة الحدائق الجديدة لتلك الأيام . لقد اعتبر حي النخبة الأول في تل أبيب وبني وفق معايير عالية فيما يتعلق بتلك الفترة الشقق الواسعة والتي بنيت مع حمامات حديثة وأنظمة لتسخين المياه . بنيت عشرات من بيوت الحي داخل سياج حماية مع بيئة رائعة مفتوحة حول الميدان المرازي . حدائق البيوت زينت بيوت الحي حيث أعطاه نمط بناء خاص

The APC (Anglo-Palestine Company) Employees Neighborhood - The neighborhood was founded in 1921 by employees of APC, which later became Bank Leumi. It was designed by architect Josef Tischler according to the ’garden city’ planning principles, considered state- of-the-art at the time. Considered Tel Aviv’s first upscale neighborhood due to its high standard of construction, the spacious apartments had modern plumbing and water heating systems. The ten residences were built inside a secure compound, featuring elegant landscaping surrounding a main square. The roofs of the buildings are decorated with spikes that give the neighborhood a unique architectural flair.
