סמטת שפ"ר 5 | زقاق شيفير٥ | Shefer Alley 5

בית אטקינד בסמטת שפ"ר 5 הוא חלק ממתחם מגורים בן עשרה מבנים שתוכנן עבור פקידי בנק אפ"ק (אנגלו פלסטיין קומפני). המתחם תוכנן בשנת 1921 על ידי אדריכל יוסף טישלר בסגנון האקלקטי. המבנה הוכרז לשימור בתכנית השימור 2650 ב’ וממוקם באזור החיץ של הכרזת אונסק"ו על העיר הלבנה כאתר מורשת תרבות עולמית. הסמטה מהווה דוגמא יוצאת דופן בנוף המקומי לרחוב שלם שתוכנן כמקשה אחת. המבנים שימשו כבתים פרטיים ואופיניים לסגנונו של טישלר. בולט במיוחד פרט השיניות במעקה הגג השואב השראה מאדריכלות ימי הביניים.

5 Shefer Alley (Etkind House) is a part of a 10-building living compound that was designed for the staff of the APC (Anglo Palestine Company) bank. The compound, built in 1921, was designed by architect Joseph Tischler in the Eclectic Style. It is listed for preservation as part of zoning plan 2650-B and is located in the buffer area of the White City zone, declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Shefer Alley is a unique example of an entire street that was designed as a single entity. These private houses are typical of Tischler’s style and period. One particularly prominent detail is the crenelated roof parapet that draws its’ inspiration from architecture of the middle ages. The building was designed by Gal Peleg Architects and preserved by Roey Fischer Leventon Architects in 2019.

بيت اتكيند في زقاق شيفير ٥ هو قسم من منطقة سكنية مكونة من عشرة مباني خططت من أجل موظفي بنك " أفك " ( انجلو فلسطين كومباني ) . خطط المنطقة المهندس المعماري يوسف تيشلر عام ١٩٢١ على الطراز الأكلكتي . اعلن عن المبنى للصيانة ضمن برنامج صيانة المباني والحفاظ عليها ٢٦٥٠ ب ، ويقع في المنطقة الفاصلة لإعلان اليونسكو عن المدينة البيضاء كموقع تراث عالمي الزقاق مثال استثنائي في المشهد المحلي لشارع كامل خطط كوحدة واحدة . استخدمت المباني كمنازل خاصة ونموذجية لطراز تيشلر في تلك الفترة . ما يبرز بشكل خاص درابزين السطح المسن الذي يستوحي من الهندسة المعمارية في القرون الوسطى . خططه غال بيلغ مهندسون معماريون ، وقام بصيانته روعي فيشر لشتتون مهندسون معماريون عام ٢٠١٩ .
