בית לוין, שנות ה-20, גלויות האחים אליהו, אוסף ד"ר דליה לוי אליהו

שדרות רוטשילד נכללו בתכנית השימור החדשה של תל-אביב, שיועדה לשמר את המורשת ההיסטורית של העיר ובתיה, מרקמה ונופה העירוני. כדי לתרום להתחדשות האזור, גובשה מדיניות המאפשרת הקמת מגדלים בצמוד לבתי השכונה ההיסטוריים, בתמורה לשיקומם. כך חידשה השדרה את ימיה כקדם כמרכז העסקים ההיסטורי של העיר. בשדרות רוטשילד 46 שוכן בית לוין, שתוכנן ב-1924 על ידי האדריכל יהודה מגידוביץ’, ומשמש דוגמה ייחודית לסגנון האקלקטי, אשר היה נפוץ בעיר בשנות ה-20. הבניין שימש בתחילת שנות ה-50 את שגרירות בית המועצות ושופץ בשנות ה-90 בהליך שימור מורכב. בסמוך ממוקם פסלו של האמן בוקי שוורץ "חלון לשדֵרה".

أدرجت جادة روتشيلد في المخطط الجديد لحفظ المواقع المميزة في تل ابيب ، والذي يهدف إلى صون التراث التاريخي للمدينة وبيوتها ، نسيجها وطبيعتها الحضرية . وللمساهمة في تجديد المنطقة ، تم بلورة سياسة بلدية تسمح بإقامة الأبراج بالضرب من بيوت الحي التاريخية مقابل ترميم هذه البيوته بهذه الطريقة بعثت الجادة ايامها الخوالي لمركز الأعمال التاريخي للمدينة في جادة روتشيلد ٤٦ يقع بيت ليفين ، الذي صممه عام ١٩٢٤ المهندس المعماري يهودا مغيدوفيتش ، ويعتبر مثالا يالسلوب البناء التركيبي الذي كان سالدا في المدينة في عشرينات القرن الماضي . استخدم المبنى في مطلع الخمسينات وسفارة فتاد السوفيتي وتم ترميمه في التسعينات في عملية حفظ معقدة في الجهة المقابلة يقف لمثال الفنان بودي شقارت " نافذة . على الجادة " .

Rothschild Boulevard was included in Tel Aviv’s new conservation plan intended to preserve the city’s historical heritage, along with its houses, texture and urban landscape. To assist in the area’s renewal, a policy was formulated to allow the erection of towers next to the historic neighborhood houses in exchange for their restoration. Thus the boulevard restored its days of yore as the city’s historic business center. At 46 Rothschild Boulevard stands the Levine house, designed in 1924 by architect Yehuda Magidovich, which serves as a unique example of the Eclectic style that was common in the city in the 1920s. In the early 1950s the building served as the Embassy of the USSR and was renovated in a complex process in the 1990s. Nearby is artist Buky Schwartz’s sculpture "Halon La’Sdera" ("A Window to the Boulevard").
