בית יחיאל הלל זומבך, תוכנן בשנת 1925, על ידי האדריכל דב טשנדובסקי, בסגנון אקלקטי, לשימוש דירות מגורים. המבנה הוכרז לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור וממוקם באיזור הכרזת העיר הלבנה ע"י אונסק"ו. המבנה נבנה ברוח התקופה של שנות ה-20, בה נבנו מבנים רבים בסגנון הבניה האקלקטי. למבנה מאפיינים רבים של סגנון בניה זה: עיטורי טיח דוקרטיבי בחזיתות, מרפסות זיזיות בעלות מעקות מסגרות אמן, פרטי נגרות עץ מסוגננים בפתחים, מרצפות מעוטרות, ציורי קיר בדירות ובחדר המדרגות.
המבנה שומר בשנת 2012 על ידי אמנון בר אור אדריכלים בע"מ.

The home of Yechiel Hillel Zumbach, was designed by architect Dov Chenovsky in the eclectic style for residential purposes. The building was listed for preservation as part of conservation plan, and is located in the UNESCO White City conservation city plan. The building was built in the spirit of the 1920s, during which many buildings were built in the eclectic style. The building displays many characteristics of this style: decorative plaster adornments on its facades, shelf balconies with artistically framed railings, wooden carpentry details in the openings, ornate flooring, and wall murals in the apartments and the stairwells. The building was renovated in 2012 by Amnon Bar Or Architects Ltd.

صمم المهندس المعماري دوف شندوبسكي بيت يحينيل هلل زومباخ عام ١٩٢٥، على الطراز الأكلكتي ، ليستخدم كشقق سكنية أعلن عن المبنى للحفاظ عليه بحكم برنامج ترميم وحفظ المباني ، وهو موجود في منطقة إعلان المدينة البيضاء من قبل اليونسكو . بني المبنى بإيحاء فترة سنوات العشرينات ، والتي تيت خلالها میان عديدة على طراز البناء الأكلكتي . توجد مميزات عديدة للميني تابعة لهذا الطراز في البناء : تزيين فني بالقصارة في الواجهات ، شرفات مطقة ذات حواجز درابزين حديدية فنية ، إضافات خشبية مصممة عند الفتحات ، بلاط مزركش ، رسومات على الجدران في الشقق وغرفة الدرج . أشرف على ترميم المبنى والحفاظ عليه مكتب أمنون آور للمهندسين المعماريين م . ض . عام ٢٠١٢ .
