נבנה בשנת 1924. על-ידי הביל"ויי משה מינץ למגורי משפחתו וכבית עם. הבית שימש למטרות ציבוריות: כבית העם, גן-ילדים, ספריה, בית-ספר, בית-חולים צבאי, בית קולנוע ובניין המועצה.
בשנת 1983, שופץ על-ידי אחייניו, דורותי ואדווין ברנגלאס, ונועד לשמש כמוזיאון לתולדות גדרה והביל"ויים.

The sign shape is square but its head is designed according to the silhouette of the old building of the Gymnasia Herzliya, which serves as a logo of the Council for the Preservation of Heritage Sites in Israel

The Museum
Built in 1924. By Moshe Mintz for his family’s residence and pavilion. The house was used for public purposes: as a people’s home, kindergarten, library, school, military hospital, movie theater and council building.
In 1983, it was renovated by his nephews, Dorothy and Edwin Branglas, and is intended to serve as a museum of Gedera and Bilu’s history.
