"בית גוטר" תוכנן בשנת 1924 ע"י האדריכל יוסף ברלין בסגנון אקלקטי לשימוש מגורים. נבנה ע"י שרה ובנימין גוטר ובנם שלמה-זלמן גוטר, מראשי התנועה הציונית בפולין, מראשוני העיר תל-אביב וממקימי בית החרושת "לודזיה". המבנה לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור וממוקם באזור ההכרזה. חזית המבנה סימטרית ומעוטרת בעמודים, פלסטרים וקרניזים.
המבנה שומר בשנת 2013 ע"י בר אוריין אדריכלים ומשפחות גוטר-דודזון-גור.

"Guter House" was designed in 1924 by architect Joseph Berlin in an eclectic style, for residential use. It was built by Sarah and Benjamin Guter, and their son Shlomo Zalman Guter’ a leader of the Zionist movement in Poland, one of the founders of Tel Aviv and a founder of the Lodzia factory. The building is protected under the preservation plan, and is situated in the conservation zone, The facade of the building is symmetrical and decorated with pillars, plaster adornments and cornicing. The building was renovated in 2013 by Bar Oria Architects and the Guter-Davidson-Gur families
