בית ישראל-יצחק רוזנצוויג תוכנן בשנת 1936 על ידי האדריכל יחיאל אברהמי בסגנון הבניה הבינלאומי, לשימוש דירות מגורים.
המבנה הוכרז לשימור בהגבלות מחמירות מתוקף תכנית השימור העירונית וממוקם באזור הכרזת העיר הלבנה על ידי אונסק"ו.
המבנה נבנה בשנות ה-30, בתקופה בה נבנו מבנים רבים בסגנון הבניה הבינלאומי, עם מאפיינים של סגנון בניה זה: אי-סמטריות בחזיתות, חלון תרמומטר בגרם המדרגות הראשי, מרפסות בעלות קווים אופקיים חלונות מלבניים אופקיים ופרגולה על גג המבנה.
המבנה שומר בשנת 2014 על ידי אדר’ אמנון בר אור ושות’ אדריכלים בע"מ.

Israel-Yitzhak Rosenzweig House was designed in 1936 by architect Yehiel Avrahami in the International style for residential purposes. The structure was listed for conservation under strict limitations in the city’s preservation plan and is located in UNESCO’s White City conservation zone.The structure was built in the 1930’s, when many buildings were built in the international style, with many of the style’s characterizing features, such as a thermometer window in the mail stairwell, horizontally lined balconies, horizontal rectangular windows and pergola on the root of the building, The building was renovated in 2014 by Amnon Bar Or and Partner architects Ltd.
