בית בנימין ברש תוכנן על ידי האדריכל, קרל רובין, בשנת 1935 כבית מגורים בסגנון הבינלאומי. צורתו כצורת האות ר’, ולו מבנה תאום, הצמוד אליו בקיר משותף. יחדיו הם יוצרים מבנן אחד דמוי האות ח’, בעל חצר מרכזית משותפת, הפתוחה אל הרחוב. אף שהחצר הנה שטח פרטי לשימוש דיירי הבית, השפעתה על המרחב הציבורי ועל המרקם העירוני ניכרת. המבנה ממוקם בלב העיר ההיסטורית, באזור הכרזת אונסקו (ה"עיר הלבנה"), והוא מהווה מבנה לשימור מתוקף תוכנית השימור של העיר תל אביב-יפו (תוכנית 2650ב’).

Planned by architect Carl Rubin as a residential building in the International Style in 1935, Benjamin Barasch House is one of two L-shaped buildings with a common wall, which together form a single pi-shaped (n) block. The common courtyard is open to the street, and its influence on the public space and urban fabric is substantial although it is private property. The building is located in the center of the historic city (the White City) as declared by UNESCO. It was listed for conservation as part of Tel Aviv-Jaffa’s municipal 2650B Conservation Plan.

خطط المهندس المصري كل روبين بيث بنيامين برش عام ١٩٣٥۰ كبيت مبني على الطراز الدولي شكله مثل حرف " راء " بالعبرية ، وله مبنى توام ملاصق له بحنطشترك . تتجن معا منى واحداً يشبه الحرف " حاء " بلعبرية ناسلحة مركزية مشتركة مفتوحة على الشارع رغم أن المسلحة منطقة خاصة لاستعمال امكان البيت ، إلا أن تثيرها على الحيز العلم وعلى النسيج الحضري واضح . يقع المبني في قلب المدينة التاريخية ، في منطقة إعلان اليونسكو عن المدينة البيضاء " ، ويشكل مبنى للصيقة يحكم برنامج الحفاظ على المباني في مدينة تل ابيب - يافا ( برنامج ٢٦٥٠ب) الصيقة واضافة البناء : طال إيال هندسة معمارية ، ٢٠١٨
