מגדלור תל אביב | منارة تل أبيب | Tel Aviv Lighthouse

בית המגדלור, נבנה בשנת 1936, סגנונו האדריכלי משלב אלמנטים מסגנון האר דקו. המגדלור תפקד בין השנים 1936-1966, כנקודת ציון כניסה לנמל תל-אביב. תפקידו היה לכוון את האוניות בים ולהזהיר את הספינות הקרבות לחוף מפני סלעים המצויים במקום בעזרת איתות המנורה שבחלקו העליון. המגדלור תוכנן במקור על גבי גבעה שנחפרה בשנת (1937-1938) לשם עבודות תשתית. בשלב החפירה נחשפו הן יסוד המגדלור שחוזק (תוצר החיזוק הינו רוטונדת הבטון הקיימת בשטח), והן התל הקדום הוא תל כודאדי. המבנה מוכרז לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור וממוקם מצפון לאזור ההכרזה.
המבנה שומר בשנת 2012 על ידי אדריכל איל זיו. פרוייקט המגדלור פותח על ידי עיריית תל אביב - יפו באמצעות חברת אתרים בע"מ, ומשרד התיירות באמצעות החברה הממשלתית לתיירות.

The lighthouse was built in 1936 its architectural style combining elements from the art deco style. Between 1936-1966, the lighthouse functioned as a beacon marking the entrance to the Teal Aviv port. Its purpose was to direct ships in the sea, and to warn nearby boats of their proximity to the coast, due to rocks in the area, with the light in the top of the tower. The Lighthouse was originally designed on top of a hillock, which was excavated (in 1937-1938) for infrastructure works. During the excavation the foundation of the lighthouse was revealed, which was then fortified (the product of the fortification is the round cement rotunda), and also the ancient hillock, Tel Kudadi. The building wass earmarked for preservation during the conservation plan, and is located to the north of the conservation zone.
The building was renovated in 2012 by architect Ziv. The project arranged by the Tel Aviv-Jaffa municipality and Atarim Ltd. and the Ministry of Tourism through the Israel Governmental Tourism Company.

بني هبتی المنارة علم ١٩٣٦ ، ويلمع طرازها الهندسي عناصر من طراز تصميم " الآرت ديكو " . كانت المنارة فعالة بين الأعوام ١٩٣٦-١٩٦٦ كنقطة إشارة المدخل ميناء تل أبيب يافا كان تور ها توجيه البواخر في البحر وتحذير السفن المقتربية من الشاطئ من الصخور الموجودة في المكان ، وذلك بواسطة إشارة المصباح في قسم المنارة الطوي . خططت المنارة في الأساس على تل خفر ( عام ٣٨ - ١٩٣٧ ) في إطار أشغال بنية تحتية . انكشف في مراحل الحفر أساس المنارة الذي تمت تقويته ( نتيجة التقوية هي القسم الدائري الأسمنتي الموجود في المكان ) ، بالإضافة إلى التل القديم وهو تل كودادي . العینی محفوظ بحكم برنامج حفظ المباني ويقع شمال منطقة "
الإعلان اشرف على حقة الميني المهندس المعماري إيال زيف عام ٢٠١٢ ء والمبادر إلى المشروع بلدية تل أبيب يافا وشركة " أتاريم " م.ض. ووزارة السياحة من خلال شركة السياحة الحكومية الإسرائيلية.
