לילינבלום 48 | ليلينبلوم ٤٨ | Lilienblum 48

נבנה בשנת 1935 ושימש במקור כבנק, תוכנן על ידי אלכסנדר פרידמן בסגנון הבינלאומי.
המבנה הינו הסניף השני של בנק המזרחי בעיר תל אביב, ואחד הראשונים בארץ.
מבנה בעל קוים פשוטים וישרים ונקי מקישוטים ועיטורים. במבנה אלמנטים האופייניים לסגנון הבינלאומי: חלונות הסרט, תריסי גלילה מעץ, שימוש בטיח לבן וחלק, הדגשת חלקי המבנים השונים - הכניסה מצופה שיש כהה, ואת שאר הקומות מקיפה מסגרת בטון.
המבנה עבר תהליך שיקום ושימור בשנת 2015 על ידי ארכוד אדריכלים.

This building was built in 1935, and was originally used as a bank. This building was designed by Alexander Friedman in the international style.
This building was the second branch of Mizrachi Bank in Tel Aviv, and amongst the first in the country.
The building has simple and straight lines, free from any decoration and ornamentation. The building includes elements characteristic of the international style, such as ribbon windows, wooden roller blinds, and the use of smooth white plaster. Different parts of the building are emphasised - the entrance is covered in dark marble, and the other floors are surrounded by a concrete frame.
The building was renovated in 2015 by Arcod architects.

بني عام ١٩٣٥ واستخدم بالأساس مصرفأ ماليا . خططه الكسندر فریدمان على الطراز الدولي المبنى هو الفرع الثاني لبنك مزراحي في مدينة تل أبيب ، وأحد أوائل البنوك في البلاد . مبني ذو خطوط بسيطة ومستقيمة ، يخلو من الزينة والزخرفات . في المبنى عناصر مميزة للطراز الدولي : شريط النوافذ ومصاريع خشبية ، استعمال القصارة البيضاء والملساء ، إبراز أجزاء المباني المختلفة - المدخل مغطى بالرخام الداكن ، ويحيط باقي الطوابق إطار من الأسمنت . مز المبنى بعملية ترميمه والحفاظ عليه عام ٢٠١٥ من قبل المهندسين المعماريين أركود .
