לילינבלום 41 | ليلينبلوم ٤١ | Lilienblum 41

"בית קושניר אליקים" תוכנן על ידי האדריכל צ’לנוב בנימין בשנת 1938 בסגנון הבינלאומי ושימש למסחר ומשרדים. המבנה הוכרז לשימור מתוקף תכנית 2650ב וממוקם באזור ההכרזה של העיר הלבנה על ידי אונסק"ו.
המבנה הינו חלק ממבני משרדים שנבנו ברחוב לילנבלום בסגנון הבינלאומי. החזית לרחוב לילנבלום מורכבת מרצף אלמנטים פשוטים, הקפדה על המשקלים הנכונים שבין המרכיבים, יוצרת חזית בעלת עניין ופרופורציות נעימות המבנה בנוי בצורת ח’ עם גינות פרטיות וכן מרפסות רבות המעידה על תכנון מתחשב בעובדים. המבנה משמש כיום למגורים ומסחר בקומת קרקע.
עבודות השימור ותוספת הבניה בוצעו בשנים 2011-2013 על ידי חברת בניני העיר הלבנה בתכנון בר אוריין אדריכלים.

Kushiner Elikim House was designed by architect Binyamin Chlenov in 1938 in the international style,
and was used for commerce and offices. The building was listed for conservation during the 2650B preservation plan and is located in the conservation zone. The building was part of office buildings built on Lillenbaum Street in the international style. The façade to Lillenbaum is composed of simple tiling elements, stringency about the correct balance between elements, creating an interesting facade with pleasant proportions. The structure was built in a ’U’ shape, with private gardens and many balconies that testify to the employees’ planning and consideration. The ground floor of the structure is currently used for residence and commerce.
The renovations and additions were done between 2011-2013 by the White City Building Company, under the direction of Bar Orian Architects.

خطط المهندس المعماري تشلنوب بنيامين " بیت كوشنير الياكيم " عام ۱۹۳۸ ، على الطراز الدولي ، واستخدم للمتاجر والمكاتب أعلن عن المنی للحفاظ عليه بحكم برنامج ۲٦٥۰ ب لترميم المباني والحفاظ عليها ، ويقع في منطقة الإعلان عن المدينة البيضاء من قبل اليونسكو المبنى جزء من مباني مکاتب بنيت في شارع ليلينبلوم على الطراز الدولي ، واجهة إلى شارع ليلينبلوم مركبة من سنملة عناصر بسيطة ، مع مراعاة التوازن الصحيح بين المركبات مما يشكل واجهة مثيرة ونسية جميلة بينها . بني المبني على شكل حرف n باللغة العبرية مع حدائق خاصة وشرفات عديدة مما يدل على تصميم براعي العاملين . يستخدم المبنى حاليا للسكن ، والتجارة في الطابق الأرضي . شركة مباني المدينة البيضه هي التي نفذت عمليات ترميم المبنى والحفاظ عليه وإضافة البناء في الأعوام ۲۰۱۱-۲۰۱۳ ، وبتخطيط بار أوريان للمهندسين المعماريين .
