(1930-1940), כאן הוקמו ענפי משק החי: הרפת, האורווה ובור הזבל "המודרני" הבנוי.
ובסמוך - צריף "הגרג’" שהיה משמש מקום סתר לפריקת משלוחי נשק מחו"ל.
המטענים היו מגיעים באריזת הסוואה (מכבשי כבישים, דודי קיטור). לאחר הפירוק הועברו למחסני "ההגנה" השונים בארץ ע"י נהגי מכוניות ה"סליק" - חברי נען.
