בית לדרברג, בפינת שד’ רוטשילד ורח’ אלנבי, תוכנן על ידי האדריכל דב (בוריס) טשודנובסקי בשנת 1924 כבית מגורים מפואר. תכנונו משקף זרם ייחודי באדריכלות האקלקטית המקומית, ומשולבים בו אלמנטים קישוטיים ועיצוביים, השאולים מעולמות התנ"ך והמזרח הקרוב - ביניהם ארבע תמונות מאריחי קרמיקה מתוצרת "בצלאל", שצוירו ביד על ידי האמן יעקב אייזנברג, שבהן מתוארים עובדי אדמה ארץ-ישראלים וחומות ירושלים, ומעקה מרפסת בדוגמת מנורת קנים - מתוך רצון להעניק לבניין אופי עברי מקורי. בשנות ה-40 של המאה ה-20, בהמשך לתמורה שחלה ברחוב אלנבי כולו, הפכה קומת הקרקע למסחרית, ובמקום שכן "קפה שדרות", מהתוססים בעיר. מעצם היותו פינתי, הוא מתהדר בשתי חזיתות מרשימות. הבניין ממוקם מחוץ לאזור החיץ של הכרזת אונסק"ו, כחלק ממקבץ היסטורי, שהשפעתו על המרקם העירוני ניכרת. הוכרז כמבנה לשימור עם הגבלות מחמירות בתוכנית השימור של העיר תל אביב-יפו (תוכנית 2650ב’). שימור: טל איל אדריכלות, יזם: לנוקס השקעות בע"מ, 2021.

Lederberg House, on the corner of Rothschild Blvd and Allenby St., was designed by architect Dov (Boris) Tchudnowski in 1924 as a stately residential building. It combines decorative elements borrowed from the bible and the Near East - including four scenes made of Bezalel ceramic tiles hand-painted by artist Jacob Eisenberg, depicting pioneering Jewish farmers and the Walls of Jerusalem, and a balcony railing modeled after a candelabrum - reflecting a unique trend in local eclectic architecture and intended to inspire the building with a unique Hebrew ambience. In the 1940s, in keeping with the overall change on Allenby St., the ground floor became commercial, housing one of the most vibrant cafés in the city, Café Sderot (Boulevard Café). A corner building boasting two impressive façades, it is located in a cluster of historic buildings outside the buffer zone of the White City as declared by UNESCO, and its impact on the public space and urban fabric is conspicuous. The building was listed for conservation with stringent restrictions as part of Tel Aviv-Jaffa’s municipal 2650B Conservation Plan. خطط بيت ليريرج ، في زاوية جادة روتشيلد وشارع اللنبي ، المهندس المعماري دوش ( بوريس ) تشودنوفسكي عام ١٩٢٤ كبيت سكني فاخر . يعكس تخطيطه أسلوية مميزة في الهندسة المعمارية الأكلكتية المحلية ، ويدمج عناصر من الزخرفة والتصميم ، مستوحاة من عالم التوراة والشرق القريب - من بينها أربع صور على بلاط خزف گراميكا من إنتاج " بتسلئيل " ، رسمها الفنان يعقوب ایزنبرغ ، تصف غمال أرض إسرائيليين وأسوار القدس ، وحاجز درابزين شرفة على شكل الشمعدان السباعي - من منطلق الرغبة في منح المبنى طابعة عبرية اصلية . في سنوات الأربعينيات من القرن العشرين ، متابعة للتغيير الذي طرأ على كل شارع اللنبي ، تحول الطابق الأرضي إلى طابق تجاري ، وتواجد فيه " مقهى الجادة- سدروت " من الأكثر نشاطا في المدينة . بحكم موقعه على الزاوية ، فإنه يتميز بواجهتين رائعتين . يقع الميني خارج المنطقة الفاصلة التي أعلن عنها اليونسكو ، كقسم من مجمع تاريخي ، تاثيره بارز على النسيج البلدي . أعلن عن المبنى للصيانة بقيود صارمة في برنامج الحفاظ على مباني مدينة تل أبيب - يافا ( برنامج ۲۹٥۰ ب ) . الصيانة : تال إيال هندسة معمارية ، المبادر : لينوكس للاستثمارات مض ، ٢۰۲۱ .
