בית וירשובסקי, תוכנן בשנת 1936 ע"י המהנדס י. בורמן בסגנון הבינלאומי, נבנה במהלך 1938-9 ושימש למגורים. המבנה הוכרז לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור של העיר תל-אביב וממוקם בתחום אזור ההכרזה כאתר מורשת תרבות עולמית של אונסק"ו בליבה של "תכנית גדס". הבית מבטא אדריכלות פונקציונאלית ורציונאלית, בעיצוב החזיתות שולטת גיאומטריה פשוטה וישרת זווית, ובשל היותו חלק מרצף מרקם בניינים מאותה תקופה, הוא מהווה תרומה משמעותית לרחוב ולעיר.

The Wirszowski House, designed in 1936 by the engineer J. Borman in the International Style, was built during 1938-9 for use as a residence. The building has been declared for preservation under the Tel Aviv City Conservation Plan and is located in the UNESCO World Heritage Site declaration area at the heart of the Geddes Plan. The house expresses functional and rational architecture, the design of the facades is dominated by simple, right-angled geometry and as a sequential part of the building texture from that period, it is a significant contribution to the street and the city.
The building was preserved in 2020 by Architect Jonathan Stein.
