כדי להוביל את הציוד והחומרים שנדרשו להקמת מסילת הרכבת יפו-ירושלים, כמו גם את הקטרים והקרונות, נסללו מסילות ברזל בין נמל יפו לאתר שבו הוקמה תחנת הרכבת של יפו. תחילה נבנתה מסילה קלה ברוחב 60 ס"מ מהנמל עצמו, אולם בהמשך הוקם מזח נפרד לרכבת, שלאורכו וממנו נסללה מסילה ברוחב מטר, כרוחב הקו כולו. באחד החורפים, במהלך ההקמה, נסחף המזח והיה צורך לבנותו מחדש באופן יציב יותר.

العادات والمواد اللازمة لإنشاء السكة الحديدية يانا ۔ اعدام ، وكذلك القاطرات والعربات ، بنبت السكك الحديدية سیل ميناء يافا والموقع الذي انشأت فيه محطة القطار في يافا ولكن أنشئ لاحقا رصيف منفصل للقطار ، على طوله و فرزها في البداية بنيت سكة خفيفة بعرض 60 سم من ال بيت سكة بعرض متر واحد ، كعرض الخط بأكمله . في احد الشمول الشتاء ، خلال البناء ، انجرف الرصيف ، فاستوجب إعادة الميناء نوسرا با بانه بطريقة أكثر ثباتا .

To carry the equipment and materials needed to build the Jaffa-Jerusalem railway, as well as the locomotives and cars, lines were built from the port to the Jaffa railway station. At first a light. 60-centimeter-gauge railway was built from the port itself. Later a separate pier was built for the railway, along which a 100-centimeter-gauge track was built, the same width as the rest of the line. One winter, during construction of the railway, the pier was swept away by waves and was subsequently rebuilt more sturdily.
