בית מילקן (וילת מורקום)
נבנה בשנת 1932 עבור ג’וליה מורקוס, על פי תכנון האדריכל הטמפלרי הרמן אימברגר. אחרי קום המדינה עד 1957 התגוררו בבית משפחות חיילי החטיבה הירושלמית ולאחר מכן היה למשכן שגרירות אורוגואי. בשנת 1990 נמכר הבית ליזמים פרטיים שהזיזו את הבית כדי ליצור מרחב מאחור לבית דירות. המבנה המקורי הוכרז מבנה לשימור. משנת 1991 פועל כאן המרכז הירושלמי לענייני ציבור ומדינה.

أقيم عام ١٩٣٢ بتخطيط المهندس المعماري الألماني هرمان إمبرغير للسيدة جوليا مركس . فيما بعد كان مقر سفارة أوروغواي . وفقا لتكنولوجيا أوروبية تم دفع العمارة إلى الأمام لبناء بيت سكن في الفناء الخلفي

MILKEN HOUSE (MURCUS VILLA)
Designed in in 1932 by Templar architect Herman Imberger for Julia Matthew Murkus. During 1949-1957 soldiers of the Jerusalem Brigade resided here and later the Embassy of Uruguay. Private developers moved the building to free up space in the backyard for an apartment building.

The sign shape is rectangular but its head is designed according to the silhouette of the old building of the Gymnasia Herzliya, which serves as a logo of the Council for the Preservation of Heritage Sites in Israel
