מלון "יסמין האוס"
המבנה הוקם בשנות ה-30 של המאה העשרים, חריג בסגנונו בסביבה, בבית דירות להשכרה. מאז ימי מלחמת העולם השנייה עד למלחמת העצמאות פעל בבניין פנסיון קטן על שם יסמין, בתו של ד"ר תאופיק כנעאן. בשנת 1947 התכנסו בבניין חברי משלחת האו״ם, שבחנו את האפשרות להמליץ על חלוקת ארץ-ישראל.

بيت ياسمين
أقيم خلال الثلاثينيات من القرن العشرين كبيت شقق للإيجار . في الأربعينيات كان فندق صغير سمي ياسمين ، اسم بنت الطبيب توفيق كنعان . في ١٩٤٧ اجتمع في العمارة أعضاء وفد جمعية الأمم المتحدة لبحث احتمال التوصية بتقسيم البلاد.

YASMIN HOUSE HOTEL
Built in the 1930s, in a style different than other buildings in the neighborhood, as an apartment house for rent. In 1938 it became a small hotel named after the daughter of Dr. Tawfiq Kan’an, the owner of the house. In 1947 the UN delegation to discuss the November 29^th 1947 Partition Plan conferred here.

The sign shape is rectangular but its head is designed according to the silhouette of the old building of the Gymnasia Herzliya, which serves as a logo of the Council for the Preservation of Heritage Sites in Israel
