בית מרטין פאוזר
נבנה בשנת 1880 על ידי מרטין פאוזר האופה של הטמפלרים. בתוך המבנה פעלה המאפיה וחנות ממתקים, ובחלקו האחורי היה מפעל ליצור קרח וגלידה.
במהלך מלחמת העצמאות, כשהתגברו הקרבות, הועברו למבנה הנשים והילדים מקיבוץ רמת רחל.

بیت مارتین باوزر
أقامه عام ۱٨٨٠ خباز المجتمع الهيكلي الالماني مارتن باوزر الذي أدار في البيت المخبز ومتجر الحلوى . في الخلف كان مصنع البوظة والثلج .

MARTIN PAUSER HOUSE
Built in 1880 by the Templar baker Martin Pauser, in which he ran his bakery and candy store. In the back he had his ice and ice cream factory. During the 1948 war in Jerusalem, women and children from the near-by Kibbutz Ramat Rachel found here refuge from the intense battles.
