קרל נטר 2 - בית אוטשקובסקי | كارل نطر ۲ - بيت اتشكوفسكي | Karl Netter 2 - Otchakovsky House

מבנה בסגנון האקלקטי אשר תוכנן בשנת 1925 על ידי האדריכל דב טשודנובסקי. המבנה לשימור בהגבלות מחמירות מתוקף תוכנית השימור. דב טשודנובסקי למד בחרקוב שבאוקראינה ועלה לארץ ב-1920, תכנן בתל אביב מספר רב של מבנים, עשירים במוטיבים של האדריכלות הניאוקלסית של מזרח אירופה. בחזית לקרל נטר שני ארקרים בולטים עם פילסטרים וכותרות קורינתיות.
לאורך החזיתות הראשיות קרניז אופקי בולט, המפריד בין קומת הקרקע לקומות עליונות עשירות בעיטורים. חדר המדרגות מעוטר בציורי קיר של אלת ההיגיינה הגייה, עיטור שכיח בתקופת האר נובו באירופה, אך חריג בנוף התרבות המקומי. המבנה שוקם בשנת 2013, אדריכל השימור: ניצר סמוק אדריכלים.

This building was designed in 1925 in the eclectic style by architect Dov Chudnovsky. The structure was listed for preservation under strict limitations in the conservation plan. Dov Chudnovsky studied in Kharkov, Ukraine. and immigrated to Israel in 1920. He designed several buildings in Tel Aviv, rich in Eastern European neoclassical architecture motifs. The façade of Karl Netter has two prominent bay windows with pilasters and Corinthian capitals. Along the length of the main facades, a prominent horizontal cornice separates the ground floor from the upper floors which are rich in decoration. The stairwell is decorated with murals depicting Hygieia, the goddess of hygiene
This embellishment was prevalent in Europe during the Art Nouveau period, but is unusual in the local culture The building was renovated in 2013. Restoration architect: Nitza Szmuk Architects

مبني على الأسلوب الانتقالي الذي صمم على يد المهندس المعماري دون تشوينوفي عام ۱۹۲۰ . تتم المحافظة على المبنى بحكم قيود صارمة من برنامج الحفاظ على المباني درس دوف تشوينوفسكي في مدينة هاركون في اوكراينا وقدم إلى البلاد عام ۱۹۲۰ ، وصمم في تل ابيب عباً كبيراً من المباني العقبة بالمركبات المعمارية الحديثة الكلاسيكية لشرق أوروبا . يوجد في واجهة كارل نطر قومين بارزين مع اعده خارجية شكلية ملاصقة و تيجان كورنثية على طول الواجهات الرئيسيه يوجد كورنيش افقي بارزر يفصل بين الطابق الأرضي والطوابق الطوية القية بالزخرفات . غرفة البرج مزخرفة برسومات على الحائط لآلهة النظافة " هيجييا " ، وهي زخرفة شائعة في حقبة الفن الحديث في اوروبا ، ولكنها نادرة في مشهد الثقافة المحلي تم ترميم المبنى عام ۲۰۱۳ . المساري المسؤول عن الحفاظ على المبنى : نيتسا سوك للمصاريين .
