בשנת 1932-2003 עמד כאן בית פונר שתוכנן על ידי האדריכלים וילהלם הקר ואליעזר ילין.
הבית נבנה עבור אן (לבית פונר) וצמח ססיל הימן ומשפחתם.

Beit Foner stood on this site from 1932 to 2003. It was designed by architects Wilhelm Hecker and Eliezer Yellin and built for Ann (neé Foner) and Cecil Hyman and their family.
