Comments:
The beginning of the "Haviva Netiva and Aviva" route - a route located on Palmach Street in Jerusalem and commemorates the Palmach and especially the heroines of the Palmach.
The route is named after Haviva Reik, Netiva Ben Yehuda (who lived on Palmach Street). It is not clear who is referring to Aviva (many signs mention Zahara Levyatov along with Haviva and Netiva, but we did not find the connection between her and the name Aviva).
Along the route are additional directional signs that accompany signs describing events in the history of the Palmach, as well as works of art related to the Palmach.

See another sign located further down the route at 40 Palmach Street (where you can clearly see the symbol of the project, as well as some of the additional signs belonging to the route) Click for a larger image
