בית הרשקוביץ
הורי המשפחה, משה הירש ויוכבד חיה, נמנו על ראשוני המתיישבים בזמארין בשנת 1882. בשנת 1896 בנו את ביתם זה. כנגר אומן, כונה משה "מוסה אל-נג’אר".
בין עבודותיו שנשתמרו: הגג בבית זה, שכוסה ברעפים ממרסיי (צרפת) ופיתוחי העץ בבית הכנסת "אוהל יעקב".
לבני הזוג נולדו 12 ילדים, מהם נפטרו שניים בגיל צעיר.
צאצאיהם פזורים כיום ברחבי העולם. בנם הצעיר, אהרון, התגורר כאן עם רעייתו יהודית. כיום מתגוררים בבית בנו הצעיר של אהרון, עקיבא ורעייתו יעל. בחצר נשתמרו שני עצי תות אשר ניטעו בשנת 1900 בנסיון לפתח את תעשיית המשי בארץ.

Hershkovitz House
Moshe Hirsch and Yocheved Haya were among the first settlers in Zamarin in 1882.
In 1896 they built this house. A master carpenter, Moshe was known as "Mussa Al-Najjar". This house’s roof, covered with tiles from Marseille (France), and the woodcarvings in "Ohel Yaakov" synagogue are among his preserved works. The couple had 12 children, two of whom died in a young age. Today, their descendants are spread worldwide. Their youngest son, Aharon, lived here with his wife, Yehudith. Today, Aharon’s youngest son, Akiva, lives here with his wife, Yael. Two mulberry trees were preserved in the yard, planted in 1900 as part of the attempts to develop a silk industry in Israel.
