בית אברהם שבט - רח’ מסדה 45
תוכנן בשנת 1936 על ידי האדריכלים בנימין אוראל ויחזקאל זוהר בסגנון הבינלאומי.
שימש למגורי משפחת שבט ודירות להשכרה. הבניין מתאפיין במרפסות עגולות עם גמר טיח גלי מיוחד. שמדגיש את נוכחותן, חלונות בדגש אופקי של כרכובים מעליהם, וקיר מסך מזכוכית בחדר המדרגות. מתחת לגרם המדרגות הונח ספסל בנוי, שמשקיף על חדר המדרגות לכל גובהו.
המבנה הוכרז לשימור בשנת 2007 במסגרת סקר שימור, שנערך למבנים שתוכננו על ידי אוראל וזוהר בחיפה.

قام بتصميمه ، عام 1936 ، المهندسان المعماريان بنيامين أورثيل ويحزكيل زوهر بالأسلوب العالمي إستخدم مسكنا لعائلة شفط وشققا للإيجار . يتميز المبنى بشرفات مستديرة مع تشطيب قصارة متموج خاص ، يؤكد على حضور الشرفات ، نوافذ أفقية بارزة تعلوها كرنيزات وحائط شاشة من الزجاج باوهاوس ) . في مطلع الدرج . وقد وضع تحت مطلع الدرج مقعد مبني يطل على طول ارتفاع مطلع الدرج .
أعين المبنى للجفاظ التاريخي عام 2007 ، وذلك في إطار استطلاع حفاظ تاريخي أجري للمباني التي صممها أورئيل ونوهر في حيفا .

Avraham Shvat House - 45 Masada St.
Designed in 1936 by architects Binyamin Orell and YehezkelZohar in the International Style.
Served Shvat family and renters. The building features streamlined balconies with a special wavy plaster cladding emphasizing their presence, windows accentuated by horizontal cornices above, and a glass screen wall in the stairwell. Under the staircase stands a bench overlooking the entire height of the stairwell.
Declared as a protected structure in 2007 during a conservation survey of buildings designed by Orell and Zohar in Haifa.
