מעונות אדלר - שיפר
בית דירות שנבנה ב-1936, בלב שכונת הטכניקום, על שטח שהיה שייך לוועד הדר הכרמל. את הקמתן יזמו אדלר ושיפר כמענה לביקוש הרב לדירות להשכרה בהדר.
הבניין מהווה דוגמא ייחודית של הסגנון הבינלאומי בחיפה, פרי תכנונם של האדריכלים בנימין אוראל ויחזקאל זוהר. הבניין מתאפיין בחצר פנימית שצורתה כחצי קשת, ובה עצי זית עתיקים. קומת העמודים המרשימה מאפשרת גישה לארבעה חדרי מדרגות. על גג המבנה יש פרגולה רחבת ידיים, העשויה מבטון, לשימושם של כל דיירי הבית.

Adler - Shiffer Dormitories
The apartment building was constructed in 1936 in the heart of the "Teknikum" neighborhood on land that belonged to the Hadar Hacarmel Committee.
Adler and Shiffer initiated its establishment in response to the great demand for rental apartments in the Hadar neighborhood. The building, designed by architects Benjamin Orell and Yehezkel Zohar, represents a unique example of the international style in Haifa. It was characterized by its inner, semi-circular shaped courtyard, with ancient olive trees. The impressive lower column-supported floor enables access to four staircases.
A huge concrete pergola on the roofs building is used by all of the building’s residents.

مساكن أدلر- شيفر
مبنى من الشقق الذي بني سنة 1936 في قلب حي التخنيكوم وعلى أرض تمتلكها لجنة هدار الكرمل . بادر أدلر وشيفر الى بناء الشقق تجاوبا مع الطلب الكبير لاستئجار الشقق في الهدار . يعد نموذجا مميزا في حيفا من حيث طرازه العالمي ، وهو ثمرة تصميم المهندسين المعماريين بنيامين أورئيل ويحزكل زوهر . يتميز في ساحته الداخلية على شكل نصف قوس والمزروع بأشجار الزيتون العتيقة ويتميز أيضا بطابق عمدان مميز الذي يقود إلى أربع غرف موصولة بالدرجات . على سقف المبنى توجد تعريشة رحبة الأطراف المصنوعة من الإسمنت المسلح ويستخدمها سكان الشقق دون فرق .

The sign shape is rectangular but its head is designed according to the silhouette of the old building of the Gymnasia Herzliya, which serves as a logo of the Council for the Preservation of Heritage Sites in Israel
