"בית הסוכנים", נבנה בשנת 1937 ותוכנן על ידי האדריכל אריה לילינפלד בסגנון הבינלאומי.
המבנה לשימור מתוקף תכניות "לב העיר" וממוקם באזור הכרזת העיר הלבנה על ידי אונסקו.
קומת קרקע שימשה למסחר, המרתף והקומות העליונות שימשו למחסנים, משרדים ומגורים.
זהו מבנה הפסאז’ הראשון שנבנה בתל אביב. חלק מהחזית נסוגה ויוצרת כיכר. דרכה נכנסו בעבר אל פסאזי החנויות.
עבודות השימור ותוספת הבניה בוצעו בין השנים 2013-2015 בתכנון בר אוריין אדריכלים.

"Hasohnim House" was built in 1937, designed by architect Arie Lilienfeld in the international style. The structure was listed for preservation in the "Lev Hair" conservation plan, and is located in the White City conservation zone, as declared by UNESCO.
The ground floor was used for commerce, while the basement and upper floors were used as warehouses, offices, and for residential purposes. This was the first Passage building built in Tel Aviv. Part of the façade is set back from the street, forming a plaza, through which people used to pass, to reach the passage of shops.
The architectural preservation work and building addition were performed in 2013-2015. The work was designed by Bar Orian Architects.

بني "بيت هسو خليم" عام ١٩٣٧ وخططه المهندس المعماري أربيه ليلينفلد على الطراز الدولي . أعلن عن المبني للصيانة والحفاظ عليه بحكم برامج "قلب المدينة" ويقع في منطقة الإعلان عن المدينة البيضاء من قبل اليونسكو.
استخدم الطابق الأرضي للتجارة، بينما القبو والطوابق العلوية استخدمت كمخازن، مكاتب ومساكن. انه أول مبنى "ممر پاساج" بني في تل أبيب. تراجع قسم من الواجهة وشكل ميدانا، دخلوا من خلاله في الماضي إلى "باساج الحوانيت".
