בית וילוז’ני נבנה בין השנים 1936-7 על ידי אדריכל מרדכי רוזנגרטן וסימן את תחילת ההתפתחות של תל אביב לכיוון מזרח. הוא תוכנן על פי עקרונות הסגנון הבינלאומי עם מרפסות מתעגלות הנמשכות לאורך החזיתות הראשיות. המרפסות וכן שבירת קו החזית לשני מישורים יוצרים קו אופקי דומיננטי ונוכחות דרמטית ברחוב. שתי החזיתות הראשיות יוצרות רחבה שהיא מעין חצר פנימית והופכות את פינת הרחובות לחלל עירוני שמקיים דו שיח בין הבית לרחוב. תכנון: אדריכל יניב פרדו. ניהול ופיקוח: יקיר אור

The Vilozny House was built between 1936-7 by architect Mordechai Rosengarten and marked the beginning of the development of Tel Aviv to the east. It is designed according to the principles of International Style with rounded balconies that extend along the main facades. The balconies, as well as breaking the front line into two planes, create a dominant horizontal line and a dramatic presence on the street. The two main facades create a plaza forming a courtyard converting the street corner into an urban space that maintains a dialogue between the building and the street. Design: Architect Yaniv Pardo. بنى المهندس المعماري موردخاي روزنغارتن بيت فيلوجني بين الأعوام ٧-١٩٣٦ وأشار إلى بداية تطور تل أبيب باتجاه الشرق. تم تخطيطه وفقا لمبادئ الطراز الدولي مع شرفات مستديرة تمتد على طول الواجهات الرئيسية. تنتج الشرفات وكذلك كسر خط الواجهة إلى مستويين، خطا افقيا مهيمنا وحضورا دراماتيكيا في الشارع. الواجهتان الرئيسيتان تنتجان ساحة هي بمثابة فناء داخلي وتحولان زاوية الشارعين إلى حيز بلدي يجري حواراً بين البيت والشارع. تخطيط: المهندس المعماري ينيف پاردو. إدارة ورقابة: يكير أور.
