מבנה בסגנון האקלקטי בן שתי קומות, אשר תוכנן בשנת 1925 למגורים של קומה אחת על ידי האדריכל יהודה צוקרמן וב-1928 נוספה קומה על ידי האדריכל חנוך כספי. המבנה הוכרז לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור והוא נמצא באזור החיץ של העיר הלבנה, שהוכרזה ב-2003 על ידי אונסקו כאתר מורשת עולמי. החזית הראשית היא סימטרית עם אלמנט חדר מדרגות כציר אמצע, המפריד בין שני אגפים. קומה הקרקע מוגבהת בכ-2 מ’ מעל הרחוב לשם הפרדה מהרעש והאבק. למבנה מוטיבים משולשים וגיאומטריים המושפעים מסגנון הארט דקו. במסגרת עבודות השימור נוספו שלוש קומות חדשות הראשונה בקונטור והאחרות בנסיגה גדולה מהחזית.

A two-story Eclectic Style construction, designed in 1925 as a one-story building by architect Yehuda Zuckerman. In 1928 a second floor was added by architect Hanoch Caspi. The building was declared for preservation under the Conservation Plan and is located in the buffer zone of the White City, declared in 2003 by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. The main façade is symmetrical with a staircase element as a middle axis, separating two wings. The ground floor is raised about 2m above the street to separate the residential area from the noise and dust. The structure has triangular and geometric motifs influenced by the Art Deco style. As part of the conservation work, three new stories were added, the first in contour and the others retreating from the front.

مبني على الطراز الأكلكتي مكون من طابقين ، خططه المهندس المعماري يهودا تصوكرمان علم ۱۹۲۰ كطابق واحد للسكن . أضاف المهندس المعماري حقوخ كسي طابقاً علم ۱۹۲۸ . أعلن عن المبنى للصيانة بحكم برنامج الحفاظ على المباني ويقع في المنطقة الفاصلة للمدينة البيضاء ، التي أعلنت عنها منظمة اليونسكو كموقع تراث عالمي علم ۲۰۰۳ . الواجهة الرئيسية متماثلة مع عنصر غرفة الدرج كمحور يتوسط الميني ويفصل بين قسمين . الطابق الأرضي مرتفع بنحو مترين فوق مستوى الشارع بغية الابتعاد عن الضجيج والغبار . توجد في المبني عناصر هندسية من المثلثات والأشكال الهندسية المتاثرة بطراز الديكور الفني - ارت ليكو أضيف إليه ثلاثة طوابق جديدة في إطار اشغال الصيانة ، الأول على خط الإطار وطابقان بتراجع كبير من الواجهة المهندسة المعمارية للصيانة : نيتسا سموك للهندسة المعمارية ۲۰۱۸ .
