"בית חברת הנפט" - IPC
מבנה אבן בסגנון אקלקטי (לקטני) בן שלוש קומות. חזיתו הקדמית ערוכה סביב חצר שפונה לרחוב והכניסה מובלטת על ידי מרפסת שנתמכת על ידי עמודים יוניים. המבנה משולב במרקם בתי המגורים של רחוב הגפן.
הבניין נבנה ב-1932 על ידי עזיז כ’יאט, שהשכיר אותו להנהלת חברת הנפט IPC והמכס הבריטי, ומאוחר יותר, מכר את המבנה לחברת הנפט.
לאחר קום המדינה שימש המבנה את חברת הנפט "של", מאוחר יותר את חברת "פז" וגם את מחלקת החינוך העירונית. לימים שופץ והפך מוסד סיעודי.

IPC Oil Company House
A three-story stone structure built in the eclectic style. The front facade surrounds a courtyard facing the street. The prominent entrance includes a balcony supported by Ionic columns. The building integrates into the texture of the residential buildings on Hagefen St.
It was built in 1932 by Aziz Khayat, who rented it out to the management of the IPC Oil Company and the British Customs office. He later sold the building to the Oil Company. After the establishment of the State of Israel, the building housed offices of the Shell Oil Company and later the Paz Oil Company, as well as the municipality’s Department of Education.
The building was renovated into a nursing home.

"بيت شركة النفط IPC"
مبنى حجري الذي يسير بحسب الطراز الإكلكتي ) مقتطفات من التصاميم المعمارية المتنوعة). يتألف المبنى من ثلاثة طوابق وتلتف واجهته الأمامية حول ساحة داخلية المطلة على الشارع، يظهر المدخل بواسطة شرفة التي تستند على دعائم ذي تيجان يونية، وبذلك يتجانس المبنى مع تركيب بيوت السكن المتواجدة في شارع هجفن
المبنى على يد عزيز خياط في سنة 1932، وقد أجره لإدارة شركة النفط IPC والجمرك البريطاني ثم بيع لاحقا لشركة النفط. خدم المبنى بعد قيام الدولة شركات النفط" "شل" ومن ثم "باز" وقسم التربية البلدي. تستخدمه الآن مؤسسة علاجية تدعى "توف هجيفن منظر الكرمة".

The sign shape is rectangular but its head is designed according to the silhouette of the old building of the Gymnasia Herzliya, which serves as a logo of the Council for the Preservation of Heritage Sites in Israel
