Comments:
The monument was erected in memory of the victims of the terrorist attack carried out by the Al-Jamaa Al-Islamiya organization in October 2002 on the island of Bali in Indonesia. In this attack on nightclubs, 202 people were killed.

In the center is a marble ball with 202 doves carved on it and around it is the sentence:
YOU WERE ROBBED OF LIFE. YOUR SPIRIT ENRICHES OURS

The monument was unveiled on October 12, 2006 on the 4th anniversary of the attack.
