המבנה נבנה בשנת 2013 לפי קווי המתאר של מבנה משק שעמד בחצר הבית של משפחת גרצינגר (Grözinger) ברחוב קפלן 30. במבנה המקורי, שנהרס לקראת הזזת בית המשפחה למקומו הנוכחי, פעל האטליז של וילהלם גרצינגר בשנות ה-30. המאפיינים המודרניים של המבנה המשוחזר נועדו להבחין בינו למבנים ההיסטוריים המשומרים במתחם.

The building was constructed in 2013 according to outlines of the farm building in the Grözinger family yard on 30 Kaplan Street. In the original building, which was destroyed in order to relocate the familys house to its current location, Wilhelm Grözinger operated a butchery in the 1930s. The building was restored using modern characteristics so as to distinguish between it and the other, preserved historic buildings in the compound.

تم إنشاء المبني سنة ۲۰۱۳ وفقا للحدود الخارجية لمبني خاص بالمرافق وجد في ساحة بيت عائلة غروتسينغر في شارع كابلان رقم ۳۰ . وكان المبنى الأصلي الذي هدم تمهيدا لنقل بيت العائلة إلى موقعه الحالي ، يؤوي ملحمة فيلهلم غروتسينغر خلال الثلاثينات . وتستهدف الملامح المعاصرة للمبنى المعاد بناؤه التمييز بينه وبين المباني التاريخية التي تم حفظها في المنطقة .
