הבית נבנה מאבני כורכר בסוף המאה ה-19 כבית משותף ובו שתי דירות שבהן התגוררו אידה לנגה (Lange) ולידיה ולר (Weller). בשנות השלושים הורחב הבית וחלקו חופה בטון בסגנון הבינלאומי.

The house, divided into two apartments, was built out of sandstone in the late 19th century. Ida Lange and Lydia Weller lived here. The house was expanded in the 1930s and a concrete facade in the International style was added.

بني هذ البيت من حجر الكركار عند نهاية القرن التاسع عشر لحساب عائلتين ، وتضمن شقتين شغلت إحداهما إيدا لانغي ، والأخرى ليديا فيلر . وفي الثلاثينات من القرن العشرين ، تم توسيع البيت وطلاء الحجر في جزء منه بالباطون ، وبالأسلوب الدولي .
