מושב-הזקנים הספרדי
המבנה נבנה בשנת 1906 לטובת זקני ירושלים כמבנה חצר מפואר על אם הדרך ברחוב יפו, עם פרטי אבן מעוצבים, עם פתחים וגרם מדרגות חיצוניות רחב המוליך אל פתח הבניין. בתקופת מלחמת העולם הראשונה נבזז על ידי הצבא הטורקי. לאחר המלחמה שב לתפקד עד שננטש בשנות ה-70 של המאה ה-20. המבנה שוקם לשימור בשנת 2014 ופרטי הבניין המקוריים שוחזרו.

أقيم عام ١٩٠٦ من أجل المسنين في القدس كعمارة مع الفناء الرائع على الطريق الرئيسي في شارع يافا مع تفاصيل مصممة في الحدر ودرج خارجي عريض المؤدي إلى مدخل العمارة في السبعينيات من القرن العشرين تم التخلي عن المؤسسة. في عام ٢٠١٤ تم ترميم العمارة واستعادة كثير من تفاصيلها التصميمية الأصلية.

THE SEPHARDI OLD-AGE HOME
Built in 1906 for the elders of Jerusalem as a magnificent courtyard building on the main Jaffa Road, with stone details and a wide external staircase leading to the buildings entrance. Evacuated in the 1970s. In 2014 the building underwent a conservation process and some original details of design were restored.

The sign shape is rectangular but its head is designed according to the silhouette of the old building of the Gymnasia Herzliya, which serves as a logo of the Council for the Preservation of Heritage Sites in Israel
