אלנבי 36 | أللنبي ٣٦ | Allenby 36

בית בנימין זאב סויצקי נבנה בשנת 1923 בשכונת "מאה שערים" כבנין מגורים מעל קומת קרקע מסחרית. הבנין תוכנן על ידי האדריכלים שמואל בלדר וא. טיינר בסגנון אקלקטי.
זהו מבנה לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור 2650 ב’ וממוקם באזור ההכרזה של אונסק"ו. הבנין מתאפיין בכרכובים מעוטרים וראשי מרזב מסוגננים ומרהיבים. מראהו החזיתי של מול מפגש הרחובות אלנבי ובן יהודה הוא יחיד במינו.
המבנה שומר בשנת 2014 על ידי אילן קדר וחביבה אבן אדריכלים. אדריכל הבנין: שוקי לוי, יזם השימור: חברת "אלנבי על הים" בע"מ.

Benyamin Ze’ev Sawitzky House was built in 1923 in the Meah Shearim neighbourhood for residential purposes above a commercial ground floor. The building was designed by architects Shmuel Belder and E. Teiner in the eclectic style.
The building was listed for preservation as part of the 2650b conservation plan, and is located in the UNESCO- declared area. The building is characterised by decorative cornicing and stylised and attractive drainpipe heads. The appearance of the façade, opposite the junction of Allenby and Ben Yehuda is truly one-of-a-kind.
The building was preserved in 2014 by architects Ilan Kedar and Haviva Even architect: Shuki Levi. Funded by Allenby on the Sea Developments and Investments Ltd.
