אלנבי 19 - בית זלצר | أللنبي ۱۹ - بيت زلتسر | Allenby 19 - Zelczer House

הבית ברחוב אלנבי 19 תוכנן והוקם בשנת 1926 על ידי האדריכל יצחק שוורץ כבית דירות בן שלוש קומות עבור משפחת זלצר.
החזית לאלנבי מפוארת וסימטרית ומהווה דוגמא אופיינית לבתי מידות שנבנו בסגנון האקלקטי בתל אביב של שנות ה-20’ של המאה ה-20’. במהלך שנות ה-30’, עם התפתחותו של רחוב אלנבי כרחוב מסחרי, הוסבה קומת הקרקע ממגורים למסחר, אז גם נוספה בניית אגף מגורים חדש בחצר הצפונית לבניין בתכנונו של שוורץ ושותפו פ. בודנסקי.
עבודות התיעוד, השימור והשחזור של המבנה הושלמו בשנת 2016, כבית דירות מגורים ומסחר.

The Zelczer house at 19 Allenby was designed built in 1926 by architect Isaac Schwartz as a three floor apartment building for the Zelczer family.
The façade that points towards Allenby is formal and symmetrical, and is typical of mansions built in the "eclectic style", popular in Tel Aviv during the 1920’s. During the 1930’s, together with the development of Allenby Street as a commercial street, the residential ground floor was converted to a commercial spaces, and an additional residential wing was built in the courtyard to the north of the existing building.
The additional wing was designed by Isaac Schwartz and his partner, P. Bodansky. The documentation and restoration work to the building was completed in 2016, creating renovated residential apartments and commercial spaces.

خطط المهندس المعماري اسحاق شقارتس البيت في شارع اللنبي ۱۹ وشيده عام ۱۹۲۹ كبيت سكني مكون من ثلاثة طوابق من أجل عائلة زلتسر الواجهة باتجاه اللنبي فاخرة ومتماثلة وتشكل مثالا نموذجياً لشقق سكنية بنيت على الطراز الأكلكتي في تل أبيب في سنوات العشرين من القرن العشرين . خلال سنوات الثلاثينات مع التطور الذي طرأ على شارع اللنبي كشارع تجاري ، حول الطابق الأرضي من طابق سكني إلى تجاري ، عداذ بني أياً جناح جديد للسكن في الفناء الشمالي للمبنى بتخطيط شفارتس وشريكه ف . بودنسكي . اكتملت أشغال الصيانة واستحداث المبنى عام ۲۰۱٦ كشقق تم تحسينها للسكن وللتجارة
