טהון 1, בית ליפשיץ | طهون ١, بيت ليفشيتس | Thon 1, Lifshitz House

מבנה בסגנון הבינלאומי, אשר תוכנן למגורים בשנת 1939 על ידי האדריכל בנימין אנקשטיין. המבנה הוכרז לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור והוא חלק מהעיר הלבנה, שהוכרזה ב- 2003 על ידי אונסקו כאתר מורשת עולמי. המבנה פינתי, מרחף מעל קומת עמודים ומשדר תנועה דינמית חזקה לעבר שד’ מוצקין. המרפסות העוטפות את שתי החזיתות הראשיות מחזקות את מוטיב הנסיעה ומעשירות את התלת מימד. במסגרת עבודות השימור נוספה קומה מלאה בקונטור המבנה המקורי.

An International Style building, designed for residential purposes in 1939 by architect Benjamin Anekstein. The building was declared for preservation under the Conservation Plan and is part of the White City, declared in 2003 by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. The corner structure, hovering above a column level, transmits a strong dynamic motion towards Motzkin Boulevard. The balconies surrounding the two main facades reinforce the motif of movement and enrich the dimensional aspect. As part of the conservation work, a full floor was added to the original building contour.

مبني على الطراز الدولى حيث خططه المهندس المعماري بنيامين اكشتاين للسكن عام ١٩٣٩ . اعلن عن المبنى للصيانة بحكم برنامج الحفاظ على المباني وهو قسم من المدينة البيضاء التي أعلن عنها اليونسكو كموقع تراث عالمي عام ٢٠٠٣ . يقع الميني في زاوية ، محلقاً فوق طابق من الأعمدة ويبث حركة نشلة قوية باتجاه جدة موتسكين . الشرفات التي تحيط الواجهتين الرئيسيتين تقوّي دالة السفر وتثري البعد ثلاثي الأبعاد . أضيف طايق كامل في خط محيط الميني الأصلي وذلك في اطار اشغال الصيانة
