בית אברהם וינטה בורנשטיין - נבנה בשנת 1936 בסגנון הבינלאומי ושימש למגורים ולמסחר בקומת הקרקע. המבנה הוכרז לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור 2650 ב’. בשנות ה- 30, אזור זה של רחוב בן יהודה היה בראשית התפתחותו. הבניה ברחוב התאפיינה ללא עמודים, כנהוג בסגנון הבינלאומי ברחובות מסחריים, בהם נוצלה קומת הקרקע לחנויות. הכניסה לבנין הנה ממפלס הגבוה בקומה אחת ממפלס הרחוב, דרך גרם מדרגות העשוי מוזאיקה ומסתיים באלמנט פרגולה מבטון. סיטואציה זו נוצרה בשל המבנה הטופוגרפי, ואפשרה קומת קרקע גבוהה, עם חנויות בעלות גלריות. את חלקיו ונפחיו העיקריים של הבנין ניתן חלק לארבע: גוף הבניין, אלמנט חדר המדרגות, גרם המדרגות (המחבר בין מפלס הרחוב למפלס הכניסה לחדר המדרגות), ואלמנט המרפסות השונות. למבנה נוספו 1.5 קומות. בנייתו ושימורו הסתיימו בשנת 2017.

The house of Avraham and Yenta Borenstein was built in 1936 and used for residential purposes, with a commercial ground floor. The building was listed for preservation in city plan no 2650B. The section of Ben-Yehuda st. was developed in the 30’s. typical to
.commercial streets with international style building The building has no pillars, this fact allows commercial space for shops on the ground floor. The entrance to the building is one floor above ground level, through a mosaic staircase that ends in a concrete Pergola element, The great height of the entrance allowed commercial spaces to have galleries. The volumes of the building can be divided into 4: The building’s main volume, Inner staircase element, Street entrance staircase (connecting the street level and the entrance level) and Balcony elements. 1.5 floors were added to the building.

ني بيت ابراهيم وينطا بورنشطاين علم ۱۹۳۹ على الطراز الدولي واستخدم للسكن والتجارة في الطابق الأرضي أعلن عن المبني للحفاظ عليه بحكم برنامج صيانة المباني ۲۹۰۰ ب . في سنوات الثلاثينات ، كانت هذه المنطقة من شارع بن يهودا في بداية تطورها . تميّز البناء بانعدام الأعمدة ، كما هو متبع في الطراز الدولي في الشوارع التجارية - حيث استغل الطابق الأرضي للدكاكين . الدخول إلى المبنى من مستوى اعلى بطابق واحد من مستوى الشارع ، عبر سلالم درج مصمم بالفسيفساء وينتهي بنصر سقيفة من الأسمنت . تكونت هذه الحالة بسبب تضاريس الموقع ، فتمكن بناء طابق أرضي مرتفع ، مع تكاكين تحوي صالات عرض يمكن تقسيم الأحجام والأقسام الأساسية للمبنى إلى أربعة أقسام : هيكل المبني ، عنصر غرفة الدرج ، سلالم الدرج ( الذي يربط بين مستوى الشارع ومستوى منخل غرفة الدرج ) ، وعصر الشرفات المختلفة . أضيف للمبنى طابق ونصف . انتهى بناء وصيانة المبني عام ۲۰۱۷ المهندس المعماري يؤاب ميسر للهندسة المعمارية المخطط الأصلي تسفي سبوكويني - مهندس مدني
