בית אידלסון, אחד מצמד מבנים שצורתם מנסרה מלבנית תוכנן על ידי האדריכל בנימין אנקשטיין והמהנדס זלמן ברון בשנת 1935 כבית מגורים בסגנון הבינלאומי. בין הבניינים המוגבהים חצר נטועה משותפת, המהווה המשך ישיר של מדרגות העלייה מן הרחוב. החצר הקדמית מדורגת ועל אף היותה שטח פרטי, השפעתה על המרחב הציבורי ועל המרקם העירוני משמעותית. הבניין הממוקם מצפון לאזור הכרזת אונסק"ו, כחלק ממקבץ עירוני, הוכרז כמבנה לשימור עם הגבלות מחמירות בתוכנית השימור של העיר תל אביב - יפו (תוכנית 2650 ב’).

Idelson House, one of two rectangular prism shaped structures, was designed Anekstein and engineer Zalman Baron in 1935 as an International Style residential building. A common courtyard with trees runs between the elevated buildings, continuing the stairs rising from the street level. The front yard is graded, and although it is private property, its impact on the public space and urban fabric is conspicuous. The building is located in a cluster of historic buildings, north of the White City as declared by UNESCO. It was listed for conservation with stringent restrictions as part of Tel Aviv-Jaffa’s municipal 2650B Conservation Plan.

خطط المهندس المعماري بنيامين انكشتاين والمهندس زلمان بارون بيت إيدلسون عام ١٩٣٥ ، وهو أحد مبنيين على شكل منشور مستطيل ، كبيت سكني على الطراز الدولي . توجد بين المبنيين العاليين ساحة مزروعة مشتركة ، وهي تشكل استمزارية مباشرة لدرج الصعود من الشارع . الساحة الأمامية مدرجة ، ورغم كونها منطقة خاصة ، فإن تأثيرها على الحيز العام وعلى النسيج الحضري ملموس . المبنى الواقع شمال منطقة إعلان اليونسكو ، كقسم من المجمع الحضري ، أعلن عنه للصيانة والحفاظ عليه بقيود صارمة ضمن برنامج الحفاظ على مدينة تل أبيب يافا ( خطة ٢٦٥٠ ب ) .
