הבית בנחמני 23 תוכנן על ידי אדריכל מ.צ’רנר עבור הגב’ פרידמן בשנת 1925. המבנה בדרגת שימור א’. התוכניות והחזיתות הן בסגנון אקלקטי עם השפעה מזרחית בקומת הכניסה ובקומות העליונות השפעת הרנסנס. הבניין בנוי מסיליקט ומחופה בטיח כדוגמאת הרוסטיקה הפלורנטינית. המבנה שומר בשנת 2012

The house at 23 Nahmani was designed by architect M.Cherner for Mrs. Friedman in 1924. The building is a Class A protected building. Its plans and façade are built in an eclectic style, with oriental influences in the entrance floor and a renaissance influence to the upper floors. The building was constructed from silicate, coated with plaster in Florentine rustic designs. The building was renovated in 2012.
The building and conservation architect was Yoav Messer. The project was funded by King Albert Ltd.

خطط المهندس المعماري م . تشرنر البيت في نحماني ٢٣ وذلك للسيدة فريدمان عام ١٩٢٥ . المبنى في درجة حفظ أ . البرامج والواجهات بطراز اكلكتي مع تأثير شرقي في طابق المدخل بينما في الطوابق العلوية تاثير عصر النهضة . المبنى مبني من السيليكات ومغطى بالقصارة على مثال روستيكو فلورنتين . خفظ المبنى عام ٢٠١٢ .
