בית חסיה ואיסר רומנוב תוכנן על ידי האדריכל ליאון אדלר בשנת 1923 וניבנה בשנת 1925. המבנה בדרגת שימור א’.
מבנה סימטרי וקלאסי בעל חשיבה מודרניסטית שהיתה חדשנית לאותה תקופה. מבנה בעל קווים פשוטים וישרים ונקי מקישוטים ועיטורים. לבניין פרטים ראשונים לאותה תקופה של הצללות בטון ותריסי גלילה מעץ. המבנה שומר בשנת 2012.

The home of Chassia and Isser Romanov was designed by architect Leon Adler in 1923, and built in 1925. The building is a class A protected building. The building is symmetrical and classic with modernistic reflections, which was innovative of that period. The building has simple and straight lines, free of any decoration or trim. This building boasts one of the first examples of concrete shading and wooden roller blinds of that period. The building was conserved in 2012.
The building architect was Yoav Messer, the conservation architect was Prof. Nitzah Samok. The project was managed by King Albert Ltd

خطط المهندس المعماري لينون أدلر بيت حاميا وايسر روماتوف عام ١٩٢٣ وبني عام ١٩٢٥. المبنى في درجة حفظ أ . مبنى متمثل وكلاسيكي مع فكر حديث كان جديداً لتلك الفترة . ميني نو خطوط بسيطة ومستقيمة خال من التزيينات والزركشات . المبني ذو تفاصيل أوليّة لتلك الفترة مع ظلال من الأسمنت وستقر خشبية اسطوانية خفظ المبنى عام ٢٠١٢
