Architect, Engineer

Spokojny who lived between the years 1903-1990, designed many houses in Tel Aviv in the 1930s. After that, he worked mainly as an engineer in the Tel Aviv municipality. Among the well-known buildings he designed is the "Customs House" on Yefet Street in Jaffa, in a rather late year (1965).
