בית האחים בכר תוכנן על ידי האדריכל יהודה מגידוביץ’ ונבנה בשנת 1922 כבית מגורים. המבנה תוכנן ונבנה בסגנון האקלקטי בהשראת זרם האדריכלות הרומנטית, במבנה ניכרות השפעות סגנוניות היסטוריות ובהן זרם התחייה של האדריכלות הפלורנטינית. מיקומו של המבנה בקרן הרחובות נחלת בנימין וליליינבלום הינה עדות להתפתחות הבניה בעיר בשנות העשרים והמעבר משכונת אחוזת בית לעיר תל אביב. המבנה הוכרז לשימור מתוקף תוכנית 3870 וממוקם באזור ההכרזה כאתר מורשת תרבות עולמית.
שימור המבנה תוכנן על ידי אמנון בר אור-טל גזית אדריכלים, הסבת המבנה לבית מלון תוכננו על ידי נאור מימר אדריכלות ושימור וארי שאלתיאל עיצוב פנים עבור רשת מלונות פתאל.

The Bachar Brothers House was designed by architect Yehuda Magidovich and built in 1922 as a residence in the Eclectic Style inspired by the school of romantic architecture. It features a distinctive historical stylistic influence, including the revival of Florentine architecture. The location of the building at the corner of Nahalat Binyamin and Lilienblum Streets is evidence of the city’s development in the 1920s and the transition from the Ahuzat Beit neighborhood to the city of Tel Aviv. Thė building was declared for preservation under Plan 3870 and is located in the Declaration Area as a World Heritage Site.
The preservation of the building was managed by Amnon Bar Or-Tal Gazit Architects.
The building is being converted to a hotel designed by Naor Mimar Architecture and Conservation, and Ari Shaltiel interior designer for Fattal Hotels.

خطط المهندس المعماري يهودا مغيدوفيتش بيت الأخوة بخر وبني عام ١٩٢٢ كبيت سكني ، خطط المبنى وبني على الطراز الأكلكتي بإيحاء تيار الهندسة المعمارية الرومانسية ، نرى بشكل واضح تأثير نماذج تاريخية على المبنى ومن بينها تيار إحياء الهندسة المعمارية فلورنتين . موقع المبني عند زاوية الشارعين نحلات بنيامين وليلينبلوم هو دليل على تطور البناء في المدينة في سنوات العشرينيات والانتقال من خي احوزات بيت إلى مدينة تل أبيب . أعلن عن المبنى للصيانة والحفاظ عليه بحكم برنامج ٣٨٧٠ ويقع في منطقة الإعلان عن موقع تراث ثقافي عالمي . خطط صيانة المبنى أمنون بار أور - طال غزيت مهندسون معماريون ، خطط تحويل المبنى إلى فندق نازور ميمار للهندسة المعمارية والحفاظ على المباني واري شئلتينيل للتصميم الداخلي ، وذلك من أجل شبكة فنادق فتال .
